Directions:

Take the 101 Freeway. 
Exit at Victoria. 
Head South down Victoria Avenue. 
Drive for about 5 or 6 miles to the harbor. 
Continue straight until you reach 4151 South Victoria Avenue. 
There is plenty of FREE Parking available right in front of the landing.
